If you have short hair, 1 - 2 pumps should be enough. For medium length hair, use 2 - 4 pumps. For long hair, or if you have a lot of hair, use 4 - 6 pumps. As preferences are different each individual, please adjust to your needs as you use the Conditioner.

As per the directions above, don't use your nails when you are doing the massage. Make sure you are massaging with your finger tips. Also, instead of "rubbing" the scalp, the ideal motion may feel like you are "moving" the scalp a little bit as you massage the head. If you hold a lot of tension in your head or have high levels of stress, you may find that this is hard to do - which means that you need the scalp & head massage all the more!

For some, it can take as long as 6 months to full recover, however, once you do, you will be able to maintain it as long as you continue with your healthy scalp & haircare routine!

You can still get the benefits from the Scalp Massage Conditioner if you use it with your regular shampoo but we highly recommend pairing it with our Scalp Massage Shampoo as it is specifically designed to prep the scalp and hair for optimal absorption of the nutrients and hydration in our Conditioner. If your current shampoo does not deeply cleanse the scalp and hair follicles, our Conditioner will not be as effective in penetrating the roots where it does the heavy lifting. So, might as well make the most of the Conditioner by pairing it with our Shampoo.
